(1) Vendor needs to provide aircraft services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.– Project will involve using an aircraft flying low level over varied agricultural and forested habitats.– Cell towers and potentially high populations of waterfowl are expected conditions of the surveys.– Daily flight time may vary from 4 to 8 hours.– Approximately 90 total flight time hours per year is estimated for this program.– Aircraft specification is as follows:– Capacity for pilot and, at minimum two observers employed.– Power source (12V or USB) for survey recording equipment.– On–board GPS for pilot navigation and maintaining transect lines.
