(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health services to the government authority located in San Luis Obispo, CA.• FFT is a strength–based model built on a foundation of acceptance and respect of individuals, families, and cultures while still paving the way for motivating individuals and families to become more adaptive and successful.• Provide services in coordination with families and at times and locations convenient to them, including evenings and weekends.• Implement all aspects of the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) program, including staffing, training, supervision, and fidelity monitoring.• Ensure all services are delivered face–to–face as required by the model.• Engage with FFT for consultation, supervision, and training• FFT is a short–term intervention program for youth 11 to 18 years old who have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems by the County.• Face–to–face meetings with the family and youth occur for at least 1 ½ hours a week with an additional 30 minutes allotted for the therapist to have phone and other collateral contact, and another 30 minutes for the therapist to complete the assessment and case planning.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
