(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal scrap metal recycling and container services to the government authority located in York, Virginia. – Provide, deliver, maintain, and service scrap metal recycling containers.– The safe collection, transportation, and market–optimized recycling of mixed ferrous scrap metals while maximizing financial recovery for the county. – Provision and sizing provide two open–top, high–capacity 40–yard roll–off containers.– Structural integrity: maintain all containers in completely safe, clean, and serviceable condition—– Devoid of structural holes, liquid leaks, or compromised doors.– Turnaround window: execute a physical container swap–out or haul within 48 hours of an OnDemand service request initiated by the county.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
