(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based perceived risk hierarchy theory digital platform.– Design, develop, implement, deploy, and support a cloud–based Perceived Risk Hierarchy Theory (PRHT) Digital Platform. • Ensure compatibility with AWS or Azure cloud environments. • Ensure compatibility with iOS and Android operating systems. • Design a multi–platform architecture supporting web, tablet, and mobile devices. • Develop and implement databases, application programming interfaces (APIs), and integration services necessary to support platform functionality. • Ensure compatibility with AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud hosting environments. • Create configurable dashboards for authorized users. • Implement reporting functionality to support trend analysis and intervention planning. • Develop data visualization tools including charts, graphs, and risk indicators. • Provide automated notifications and alerts associated with referral activities. • Track, prioritize, and resolve defects identified during testing activities. • Provide operational transition support. • Monitor platform availability and performance. • Maintain system functionality, security, and performance.
