(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste disposal services to the government authority located in Odessa, TX. – Provide municipal solid waste disposal services for materials collected by the agency. – Provide acceptance and disposal of municipal solid waste delivered by agency personnel.– Disposal services shall support waste generated from nuisance property abatements, illegal dumping cleanups, agency right–of–way cleanups, disaster debris activities, general community cleanup operations, and other agency–authorized environmental remediation activities.• Materials may include:– Household garbage.– Construction and demolition debris.– Furniture.– Appliances.– Vegetation and brush.– Tires, if permitted and accepted by the facility.– Mattresses.– Roofing materials.– Mixed solid waste.– Bulky waste.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
