Request for Proposals – RFP 2026-055 BaggageHandling System (BHS) and Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) On-Call Maintenance,Repairs and Inspection Services. Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’sOperations Center, 1415 N. 4 th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday,October 20, 2026. TheCity of Waco has issued this solicitation for a contractor to provide qualifiedsupervision, labor, technicians, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation,materials, supplies, replacement components, documentation and other resourcesnecessary to perform scheduled and on-call services for Airport-owned BHS andPBB equipment. Work shall be performed in accordance with applicablemanufacturer recommendations, accepted industry practices, Airport requirementsan applicable laws and safety standards.
