DRA-11336 - USA (St. Louis, Missouri) - Feasibility Study Service - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility study service to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. – Provide an assessment of existing fire or EMS services provided in participating cities and the feasibility of the creation of a user–fee based consolidated fire authority.– Complete a comprehensive community risk analysis of participating municipalities.– Develop the standard of cover based upon community risk analysis and mutual aid.– Potential impact to insurance services office rating.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
