Vendor needs to provide public relations services.– Manage local, national, and international public relations for the organization.– Generation of storyline ideas for agency and staff to utilize for ongoing pitches.– Write and distribute press releases for local, national, regional, and international journalists and publications.– Development of a crisis management plan.– Develop opportunities for speaking engagements including deskside interviews and subject matter presentations for visit team leaders to highlight the destination and organization.– Communications with national, state, regional, national and international media outlets to garner feature articles, blogs, best of lists, press visits, fam tours, coverage by journalists, collaborations with influencers, and other audiences that will lead to increased awareness.– Public relations activities that advance mission of bringing ever increasing numbers of visitors.
