(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance and risk management consultant service to the government authority located in Lanham, MD. – Provide insurance–related expert advice, guidance, review, recommendations, assessment of needs, and proposed courses of action, as well as related services.– Review insurance certificates, policies, statements of value, and invoices to determine compliance with guidelines.– Perform insurance compliance reviews for proposed and existing multifamily and business construction and development projects.– Develop best practice recommendations for insurance requirements applicable to small business lending, real estate–secured lending, intermediary loans, and leveraged participation loans.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
