(1) Vendor needs to provide local government investment pool investment management and related services to the government authority located in Comptroller, TX.• Investment Management Serviceso Portfolio management;o Cash management;o Custody services;o Fund accounting;o Financial reporting;• Participant Serviceso Participant enrollment and related reporting;o Customer services;o Participant access to a variety of qualified investment and transaction administration accounts;o Daily and monthly Participant Investment Management and Related Services;o Up–to–date Information and Publications• Information Technology Serviceso Host and maintain a publicly accessible TexPool website;o Design, build, host and maintain a Participant accessible TexConnect Online website;o Ensure compliance with all applicable, statutorily required accessibility standards• Education Services; Training Serviceso Online and in–person education and training;o Attendance at and participation in conferences, summits, seminars, workshops and similar eventsintended for local government entities;o Monthly newsletter publication and distribution to Participants;(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026
