(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL. • Provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for various city–owned facilities.• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling.• Replace liners as necessary.• Vacuum all carpeted areas.• Sweep and damp mop hard surface flooring.• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and work surfaces.• Spot clean walls, doors, partitions, and glass.• Clean and sanitize conference rooms and common areas.• Clean and sanitize break rooms and kitchen areas.• Cleaning and sanitizing locker rooms and changing areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
