Request for Proposal (RFP) for Operation and Maintenance of County's Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities

The Santa Cruz County Department of Public Works (County) invites sealed proposals for certified Treatment Plant Operator(s) (Contractor) to provide full-service treatment maintenance and operations of the County’s water and wastewater treatment facilities (Facilities) described in Scope of Work, as an independent Contractor to the County. The County maintains several water and wastewater treatment facilities as follows: • Wastewater treatment plant (Buena Vista Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz) • Wastewater treatment plant (CSA No. 20 Trestle Beach) • Wastewater treatment plant (CSA No. 5 Canon Del Sol) • Wastewater treatment plant (CSA No. 5 Sand Dollar) • Wastewater treatment plant (CSA No. 2 Place de Mer) • Wastewater treatment plant (CSA No. 7 Boulder Creek) • Wastewater and Recycled Water treatment plant (DCSD) • Water treatment plant (DCSD)
