(1) Vendor needs to provide state government relations consulting services. – Provide state government relations consulting services for the advancement of operational and capital funding requests and reputation management.– Strategic advice on relationship cultivation, issue management and positioning for state funding.– Represent with state policymakers on issues and budget requests.– Relationship cultivation.– Strategic planning and execution with a comprehensive view of the political landscape.– Assist with shepherding funding requests through the budget process.– Assist with tracking and the analysis of legislation and its impact upon the institution.– Counsel on reputation management and political climate.– Representing public higher education institutions at the state level.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 01, 2026.
