(1) Vendor needs to provide manage Children in Need of Services (CHINS) grant program to the government authority located in Savannah, GA. – Provide intensive, strength based, family centered in–home wraparound services for youth ages 11–17 who are experiencing behavioral, educational, family or status offense–related challenges that place them at risk for deeper involvement in the juvenile justice system.– Services shall address the youth’s behavior or offenses that are only applicable as a child such as; runaway; ungovernable, or habitual disobedience of the reasonable and lawful commands of his or her parents, guardian or legal custodian; truancy; curfew violation; underage possession of alcohol; or other acts placing the youth in unsafe circumstances and which the youth requires supervision, support, and community–based intervention as a child in need of services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
