(1) Vendor needs to provide computer support services. • File Server Management– Daily on–line real time monitoring of critical functions.– Review maintenance and support all ancillary programs, including but not limited to firewall, security polices, traffic monitoring, cyberattack prevention, onsite and cloud backup implementation and management, antivirus programs etc.• Workstation Management– Maintain properly functioning configurations. End user onsite support to all specific software as SDL, CAD, Evidence, Microsoft Office 2019, Microsoft Exchange, Liquor License, Parking, Approach, Video Records, Audio Records, 911 System, Door system, Time Clocks ADP, Citrix, IDs.• General Consulting/IT services– Server, workstation, printer, network devise consultation onsite, configuration, and installation, software updates, network troubleshooting.• Network Status– All hardware and software programs are to be monitored and updated to protect the network server and workstations.• Additional Duties– Deploy and maintenance of cabling, telephones, televisions, Town and City cameras, employee ID’s, Board Docs, Rodgers Group System, SDL System, Municipal Court and Interact with State Court Officials, maintenance court audio and recording devices.• Any hardware software upgrades/updates as may be required.(2) The contract period will be one year.
