(1) Vendor needs to provide legal service to the government authority located in Roxbury, CT.– Providing the town with general municipal legal services.– Provide advice on freedom of information act issues, records retention and privacy issues.provide legal advice, counsel, services, training, consultation, and opinions to the first selectman, land use agencies and all other boards and commissions and all levels of the town government, as necessary or appropriate, consistent with the town code of ordinances.– Prepare and review ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other documents for legal accuracy, acceptability, and proper legal form.– Assist officials and employees to understand the legal roles and duties of their respective offices and interrelationships with others.– Provide legal services required for routine real estate transactions, when necessary.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
