(1) Vendor needs to provide LiDAR and aerial imagery data collection services to the government authority located in Mississippi.– Complete coverage of the project area including the natural and developed shorelines and coastal port infrastructure.– Vertical positional accuracy consistent with USGS QL1 (10 cm RMSEz) or better specifications.– Cloud free.– Four–band (Red, Green, Blue, and Near–Infrared).– Ground sampling distance of 6 in. or better.– Ground control points referenced in the same coordinate system as LiDAR and Orthophotography datasets.– Ground control points included in GIS formats such as geodatabase and or shapefile, including horizontal positions (northing and eastings) and elevation.
