(1) Vendor needs to provide scrap metal and white goods recycling service to the government authority located in Bay Minette, AL. – Provide scrap metal and white goods recycling services for its highway facilities, sheriff’s garage and any additional locations needed.– Miscellaneous scrap metal, including sheet metal, wire, grills, swing sets, lawn furniture, steel drums and various other miscellaneous scrap metal.– White goods including refrigerators, freezers, stoves, washers, dryers, water heaters and other appliances.– Heavy scrap metal including brake drums, engine blocks, cylinder heads, structural steel, hydraulic cylinders, dozer tracks, nuts, bolts, screws, washers, miscellaneous hardware, and various other heavy steel or iron materials approximately ¼” thick or greater.– Sheet aluminum thin non–extruded and non–cast such as road signs.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
