(1) Vendor needs to provide merchandise service. • Merchandise vendor to design and set up a mission–aligned online marketplace for branded merchandise, including challenge coins, modern patriotic apparel, bookmarks, stickers, digital membership cards and other products that support outreach and revenue generation without requiring to carry inventory when feasible.• Design and set up an online marketplace or storefront for approved merchandise.• Develop initial product concepts including challenge coins, modern patriotic clothing, bookmarks, stickers, digital membership cards and other branded• Provide product mockups, pricing, production options, fulfillment models, shipping options, return processes, and revenue–share or margin assumptions.• Coordinate branding, product imagery, descriptions, and launch materials with branding, website, and marketing contractors.• Support integration with the new custom–built website.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 18, 2026.
