(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsorship management services.• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive, multi–year sponsorship, public–private partnership, advertising, and naming rights revenue program for the city.• Responsible for identifying and valuing sponsorship assets, developing a sponsor prospect strategy, sourcing qualified partners, negotiating sponsorship opportunities subject to city approval, managing sponsor fulfillment, and generating measurable revenue• leverage high–value exposure generated through the city’s performing arts venue, museum and visual arts programming, cultural programming, and parks and recreation activity. • Comprehensive sponsorship asset inventory and valuation model• Multi–year naming rights and sponsorship strategy for facilities, rooms, amenities, galleries, exhibitions, programs, and approved public–facing assets.• Development of a tiered sponsorship framework with recommended price ranges, term lengths, exclusivity rules, and renewal provisions.• Digital, livestream, ticketing, website, email, social media, pre–show, gallery, and exhibition sponsorship integration.• Exterior monument, lobby, donor wall, wayfinding, venue, gallery, museum, public art, and approved event signage opportunities.• Implementation, onboarding, renewal, and sponsor stewardship strategy.• Annual valuation reassessment and recommended inventory updates based on attendance, utilization, exhibition, class, event, digital, KPI, and community impact data.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three year.
