(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in Meridian, MS.– Shared Site Development and Infrastructure: – Work may include utilities, grading and drainage, stormwater management, parking, vehicular access, pedestrian circulation and connections, landscaping, site lighting, and other supporting infrastructure as established during design.– Student Housing: – Design and construction of a facility to house students attending programs at Campus.– Academic Building: – Design and construction of a new academic building on the same development site as the housing facility.(2) An informational meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
