(1) Vendor needs to provide revenue cycle accounts receivable and financial clearance assistance services.• Agency is seeking a strategic partner to accelerate cash collections, reduce accounts receivable (A/R), and provide Revenue Cycle A/R Management and Financial Eligibility support services. • Manage small balance receivables for technical services and professional services, beginning on Day 45 or upon receipt of a denial, whichever occurs first. • Assist with working credit accounts for both insurance and self–pay• Manage Workers' Compensation receivables for both professional and technical services beginning on Day 1. • Manage self–pay receivables for both professional and technical services, starting with the first patient statement, including a call center that takes and resolves all incoming calls. • Manage bad debt receivables for both professional and technical services, approximately 90 days after self–pay placement, including a call center that takes and resolves all incoming calls This includes applicable service areas. • Resolve coding and billing edits within both the core billing system and the clearinghouse to facilitate timely claim processing. • Work registration–related edits in the core billing system, ensuring all assigned work queues remain current beginning on Day 1. • Increase the number of patients successfully enrolled in Medicaid, Financial Assistance Program, and other applicable government assistance programs. • Perform middle– and back–end revenue cycle services for affiliates, including coding, charge edits, claim editing, billing, insurance follow–up, denial management, payment posting, and self–pay collections (both early–out and bad debt).
