DISPOS-9933 - USA (Staunton, Virginia) - Regulated Medical Waste Disposal Service - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide regulated medical waste disposal service to the government authority located in Staunton, VA. – Provide safe, reliable, and compliant collection, transportation, treatment, and final disposal of regulated medical waste generated by the facility.– Collection and Removal:• Provide scheduled pickup of regulated medical waste from designated collection/storage locations.• Provide additional or emergency pickups.– Waste Streams Services:• Regulated medical waste.• Blood and body–fluid–contaminated materials.• Contaminated sharps, including needles and syringes.– Containers and Supplies:• Furnish compliant containers, liners, labels, and other required collection materials.• Provide puncture–resistant sharps containers as required.• Replace reusable containers in a clean and serviceable condition.– Transportation:• Transport collected waste using properly equipped vehicles and appropriately trained personnel.• Maintain required shipping papers, manifests, tracking documentation, and other applicable records.– Treatment and Final Disposal:• Deliver waste only to facilities authorized to receive and treat the applicable waste.• Use treatment methods meeting regulatory requirements.• Ensure treated waste is disposed of at an appropriately permitted solid–waste disposal facility.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
