(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS mapping solution.• GIS mapping solution, including support, development, maintenance and associated services for current and future requirements. • End–to–end GIS services covering infrastructure, ArcGIS platform support, data management, accessibility, integration, analytics, governance and ongoing operational support.• Work to migrate solution to the Cloud ie Azure.• Migration of systems, systems services and data management to reside in EU servers• Avail of new future features and enhancements with the current software solution• Capable of supporting the integration of AI technologies and services.• Implementing AI–enabled GIS solutions and provide demonstrations of such capabilities upon request prior to deployment• Solution shall support the creation of automated workflows to transform, validate and publish this data for use within the ArcGIS platform including equivalent data integration technologies where appropriate.• Eircode Database Integration: The Contractor shall support the integration of Pobal's Eircode dataset with ArcGIS Desktop and necessary GIS environments.• Web GIS development using ESRI technologies (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, Portal, Experience Builder, UX Design).• Integration of GIS applications with Single Sign–On (SSO) and identity management solutions
