(1) Vendor needs to provide customer experience training program service to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – The program should be grounded in cultural humility, bias–aware communication, effective language access, and concierge–quality touches.– The vendor must provide practical, behaviour–based, and measurable hands–on instruction. Training must equip our staff to deliver consistent, high–trust experiences for our diverse population.– The selected vendor will be responsible for:• Designing comprehensive Customer Experience (CX) training program with courses for:o Foundations (All Staff)o Advanced & Coaching (Supervisors/Leads)o Tips & Touches Lab (Hands–On Practicum)o Scenario–Based Simulations (Role Play & Feedback)• Providing pre–training baseline assessments (knowledge, attitudes, and scenario judgement).• Delivering instructor–led, virtual instructor–led, and web–based training sessions (hybrid).• Creating participant/facilitator materials, exercises, warm hand–off/humility/language–access/service recover scripts/protocols/reference cards, and job aids.• Conducting post–training evaluations, behavioural observation rubrics, and aggregate reporting with recommendations. • Offering optional follow–up support or Q&A sessions.• Providing the proposed course durations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
