(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical engineering design services to the government authority located in Washington. • Preparation and submittal of intermediate (90%) and final (100%) design documents including construction drawings, specifications, detailed cost estimates. (Final PS&E package)• Assistance in bidding and selection of construction contractor.• Support for other city staff for permitting as needed.• Construction Contract administration and documentation services, as required.• Construction phase engineering support (post–design services), as required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
