EDUCATION-17652 - USA (Lakewood, New Jersey) - Leased Educational Space Service - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide leased educational space service to the government authority located in Lakewood, NJ.• Program Space Requirements– Leased Educational Program Space shall include, but not be limited to, the following and(can be shared space with the exception of the classrooms):1. Minimum of two (2) fully equipped classrooms at a minimum of 550 Sq. Ft. each. (to include classroom furniture and storage space for each room) with bathrooms attached to each classroom2. A small reception area suitable for parents3. One (1) fully equipped OT/PT therapy room4. One (1) fully equipped speech therapy room5. One (1) fully equipped nurses area6. One (1) outdoor adaptive playground area completely fenced7. The leased space should be child friendly and appropriate to meet the educational needs of students8. Lease space must be wheelchair accessible to all areas in the building i.e.: therapy rooms, classrooms, playground etc.• Site Requirements1. The site must be accessible from a paved roadway surface, located within the Township of Lakewood.2. The site shall contain ample parking spaces.3. The site must be suitable for school bus access.4. Outdoor playground area(s) shall be fenced on all four sides with safety gate access.5. The site shall be well lit including parking areas and walkways.6. The site shall be properly landscaped and well maintained.7. The site, including parking areas, walkways and entrances must be wheel chair accessible.
