Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide regional park trail construction services to the government authority located in Littleton, CO.– Project will include but not be limited to construction of; roadbase trail, stabilized crusher fines trail, concrete pavement, colored concrete pavement, concrete pedestrian bridge abutments and wing walls, concrete bridge deck and approach slab, concrete low water crossing, concrete foundations for shelters and park sign, concrete curb and gutter, roadbase or asphalt parking lot, corten steel wing wall railings, all necessary grading including hauling off excavation material or importing fill material, sediment and erosion control components, installation of an 80 linear foot prefabricated corten steel pedestrian bridge (delivered to the site by the manufacturer), timber fitness steps, gravity retaining walls, custom steel park sign, electrical service to shelters, soil preparation, seeding, and mulching, and site clean–up.(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on September 29, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
