(1) Vendor needs to provide advance assistance flood study service to the government authority located in Lovington, NM.– The FEMA–approved Advance Assistance planning and preliminary engineering activities.– Public Engagement Workshops.– Assist the City with at least one public meeting or town hall and related stakeholder engagement.– Site Visits and Inventory of Existing Conditions– Topographic and Geotechnical Surveys– Hydrology and Hydraulic Studies– Preliminary Engineering Design– Environmental Review and Regulatory Compliance(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
