(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare–compliant digital analytics platform. – Solution will replace the agency's current web analytics platform and provide secure, privacy–focused analytics capabilities designed for healthcare organizations. – Provide a scalable and commercially supported analytics platform that enables measurement of website traffic, patient engagement, digital marketing performance, consumer acquisition activities, and website conversion behavior while minimizing the collection, storage, processing, and retention of Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). • Implementation and deployment services: provide guidance, consultation, validation, and best–practice recommendations throughout implementation. • Ongoing support and maintenance.• Integration and data management requirements: solution shall support integration with existing agency systems and data environments.• Provide a solution capable of supporting future growth and additional healthcare digital properties.• Provide a secure, scalable, healthcare–focused analytics platform with capabilities including:1. Security, privacy, and HIPAA compliance:– Support role–based access controls.– Support Single Sign–On (SSO) authentication.2. Core analytics capabilities – provide comprehensive web analytics functionality including:– User, session, engagement, acquisition, retention, geographic, and technology reporting.– Traffic source, campaign, referral, and channel attribution reporting.– Page performance and content engagement reporting.3. Advanced analytics:– Funnel analysis.– Cohort analysis.– Audience segmentation.4. Healthcare–specific analytics;– Appointment scheduling activities.– Find–a–provider interactions.– Provider profile engagement.5. Access to historical data: solution shall support a minimum of 36 months of accessible historical analytics data for reporting, analysis, segmentation, and user journey analysis without requiring archival restoration or separate data retrieval processes.6.
