Sale of Used ARFF Truck

The City of Lakeland has a 1997 E-One Titian 1500 ARFF Truck, available for immediate sale. The truck is located at Fire Station #7, 3150 Drane Field Road, Lakeland, FL 33811. The City makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The City hereby disclaims all warranties expressed or implied. It will be the responsibility of the Purchaser to arrange for the transportation of all items purchased and to remove all items from the site. The Purchaser shall meet the insurance requirements of the City of Lakeland's Risk Management Office, that are provided in the project documents, if awarded. Terms of the sale are Cashier's or Certified Check, made payable to the City of Lakeland, due upon pickup.
