(1) Vendor needs to provide high bandwidth wide area network service to the government authority located in Franktown, CO. • Design, build, or both the design and build of the network• Web Site address for any remote monitoring tools made available to the district to monitor real time network statistics.• Pro–Active WAN Network Monitoring. Proactive monitoring shall be activated within four hours following installation completion, testing and activation for any given Site and the Data Center on the WAN.• Network Diagnosis and Troubleshooting. Supplier(s) shall install such necessary components required to perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.• Network Support. Supplier shall deliver to the District a Network Support Manual for the WAN service, upon completion of the first District site going live on the new Supplier WAN. • Supplier Support contact name and telephone support number.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 13, 2026.
