Investment in Pre-Harvest Fisheries (Iceboxes) — Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC)

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) RFQ No.: SVGUBEC-G-RFQ-4 Supply and Delivery of Twenty (20) Ice Boxes for Fisheries Beneficiaries under the UBEC Project The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under a contract for the Supply and Delivery of Ice Boxes for Fisheries Beneficiaries under the UBEC Project . The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) Project, within the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Sustainable Development, in collaboration with the Ministry of Fisheries, Marine and Land Conservation and Climate Resilience, invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of ice boxes as described in the Request for Quotations (RFQ) document. The procurement shall be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Eligibility Eligible suppliers may have the nationality of any country, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in the RFQ document and the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Goods and related services financed under this contract may originate from any eligible country. Suppliers that have been sanctioned or debarred by the World Bank are not eligible to participate. Obtaining the RFQ Document Interested eligible suppliers may obtain further information and the RFQ document from the following website: https://procurement.gov.vc/eprocure/index.php/current-bids Requests for Clarification Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to the email address above no later than seven (7) calendar days before the deadline for submission of quotations . Responses to requests for clarification will be shared with all recipients of the RFQ without identifying the source of the request. Any addenda or amendments issued shall form part of the RFQ document. Evaluation and Award Quotations will be evaluated on the basis of compliance with the technical requirements, delivery requirements, and commercial terms specified in the RFQ document. The contract shall be awarded to the supplier submitting the lowest evaluated substantially responsive quotation that meets the requirements of the RFQ. Fraud and Corruption The World Bank requires compliance with its Anti-Corruption Guidelines and prevailing sanctions policies and procedures.
