The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails (Procuring Agency), will receive proposals until 1:00 p.m. MT on November 4, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for professional engineer services in support of the Parkwide Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation Project, Project Description: Provide engineering services to complete asphalt pavement rehabilitations to approximately 4.5 miles of road within Buffalo Bill State Park. Repairs and potential improvements will be designed to address localized pavement deficiencies that may include pavement patching, drainage improvements, crack sealing, installation of a wearing course, and striping.
