Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan service to the government authority located in Savage, MN.– Planning and multidisciplinary consultants to assist with the preparation, engagement, and adoption of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update. – Prepare a clear, user–friendly, engaging, comprehensive plan that aligns with regional system plans and meets or exceeds all agency requirements for the ten mandated plan elements. – The 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update will provide an updated community designation for the City, revised demographic, household, and employment forecasts through 2050, including future land use maps and densities consistent with agency guidance. – The 2050 Comprehensive Plan will guide the community for the next twenty–plus years. It will focus on reinvestment through the development of infill sites. – The plan will identify potential impacts of redevelopment and determine goals, policies, and solutions to address them.– The plan will also strengthen and diversify the tax base while fostering well–designed residential neighborhoods. – Equity and sustainability will be incorporated throughout the plan.• Project Management & Coordination• Stakeholder & Public Engagement• Existing Conditions, Data Collection, Trends, & Analysis• Vision, Goals, & Policy Framework
