(1) Vendor needs to provide planning services to the government authority located in Plainfield, CT.– Planning services to facilitate the redevelopment of the former property parcels, which total approximately 30.27 acres with the primary parcel.– Real estate market analysis.– Building structural analysis and renovation feasibility study.– Regulatory analysis.– Perform a market analysis for the Site, considering the viability of each of several broad usecategories: residential, industrial and commercial, neighborhood–scale commercial, mixed–use residential and commercial, open space.– Provide conceptual recommendations for the viability of identified buildings for repurposing, redevelopment, demolition, or other possible outcomes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.(3) A mandatory site walk will be held on September 23, 2026.
