The L&D team is seeking an experienced training provider to design and deliver neurodiversity awareness and inclusion training for managers and employees. The aim of this programme is to increase understanding of neurodiversity, promote inclusive working practices, and equip managers and employees with the knowledge, skills and confidence to create a supportive and inclusive workplace where all colleagues can thrive. Training should be practical, engaging and focused on achieving positive workplace outcomes.
