Shore Acres Water Main Replacement – Phase 3 (Project No. 24127-130)

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified Contractors for the replacement of approximately 1,800 Linear Feet (LF) of 8-inch Water Main (WM) and 430 LF of 2-inch WM. The project also includes the appropriate testing and disinfection of the proposed WM, connection to the existing WMs at each end of the project and to existing services, associated valves, fittings, fire hydrant assemblies and appurtenances required to replace the existing 8” and 2” water mains, surface and roadway restoration, including milling and repaving as shown in the plans. The WM is to be installed using a combination of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Open Cut (OC) methods as shown in the plans and specified herein.
