(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager as constructor services to the government authority located in Buffalo, NY. – Provide pre–construction, construction management, and construction phase services for this project.– Development of an execution plan, design and constructability review, consultation on the sequencing and phasing of construction, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, cost estimation, logistical planning, study of labor conditions and materials markets, field check, and the preparation, negotiation, and execution of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
