La presente Contratación tiene como objetivo Asegurar la conservación, operación continua y correcto funcionamiento de la infraestructura, instalaciones y equipamiento de la Dirección Regional de Aysén, ubicada en calle José Miguel Carrera 257, 5° PISO, OFICINA 502, Coyhaique, garantizando condiciones óptimas de seguridad, habitabilidad y desempeño para el desarrollo de las actividades institucionales durante los 12 meses de vigencia del contrato. Lo anterior de acuerdo con las Especificaciones Técnicas adjuntas.
