Subject: MEALsource RFP Posting Notification for the Texture Modified & Dietary Enhancement Category Mohawk Medbuy is pleased to announce that its MEALsource Members are proceeding with collaborative procurement for the Texture Modified & Dietary Enhancements category. The coordination of procurement activities for these products will be carried out by Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (MMC). This RFP is being issued to obtain proposals for products included in the Texture Modified & Dietary Enhancements category. Term: 1-Year with a 1-Year Option - Effective February 1, 2027. All documents pertaining to this RFP are available through Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire) Portal (“Euna”). The submission instructions must be downloaded from the Euna Portal. To ensure transparency to the market and for compliance with public sector procurement regulations, RFP event notifications are posted on Biddingo. All Questions & Answers will be managed through the Euna. The RFP response, including all required documents and pricing, is to be submitted entirely in Euna. A link is provided to complete the full RFP submission in Euna. Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time.
