(1) Vendor needs to provide property management software.– Provide a property management software application and associated technical services. – Technical services include, licensing, assessment of current system in–place, data transfer, data storage, staff training, maintenance, inspections, and regular enhancement to the software for the agency– Requirement is to have an integrated system for property management, financial, and work order functions minimizing the use of duplicate systems and eliminating most stand– alone systems, software and databases.– Minimum specifications: – Tenant processing– Accounts payable– Accounts receivable– System security(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
