Bestandteile dieser Fläche sind eine große Lager- und Fahrzeughalle, eine Containerhalle, eine Containerstellfläche, ein Polderverteidigungsweg sowie weitere zugehörige Außenanlagen. Der Tief- und Rohbau der Lager- und Fahrzeughalle sowie der Tief- und Rohbau der Erschließung und Außenanlagen der Erweiterungsfläche sind Bestandteile dieser Ausschreibung.
