CONS-23656 - USA (Corinth, New York) - New Park Construction Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide new park construction services to the government authority located in Corinth, NY.– Contractor shall perform all necessary work to install the rec. fields or open space project scope, including any associated earthwork, restoration or landscape enhancements, and site stabilization. – Contractor shall perform all necessary work to install the base bid trail connections, including installation of stone aggregate path connections, associated earthwork, stormwater management infrastructure, and site restoration.– contractor shall perform all necessary earthwork, stormwater infrastructure installation, and site restoration and stabilization associated with the stormwater basins (sediment forebay, infiltration basin, and associated stabilized overflow weirs) serving the entry drive, front parking facility, and recreation fields.– contract drawings, including associated site preparation, erosion and sediment control, material improvements, earthwork and stormwater infrastructure, and landscape infrastructure as noted within the contract drawings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
