(1) Vendor needs to provide meeting space, hotel facilities and catering service for team summit to the government authority located in Albany, NY.a) Have adequate space to conduct the summit with estimated 300 participants.b) Include overnight accommodation for up to 20 guests for one night prior to the start of the summit, up to 50 overnight guests for two nights during the summit, and up to 5 guests one night after the conclusion of the summit; totaling 125 rooms for the four (4) day periodc) Have on–site restaurant and/or catering facilities that can accommodate up to 300 guests.d) Include all meals as described below, including catering and wait staff.e) Provide the audio and visual support requirement.f) Include complimentary Wi–Fi for guests and summit attendees.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
