Vendor needs to provide data visualization services to the government authority located in State. 1. Proposing and Designing Enhanced Visualization Concepts• Review the current suite of static and interactive visualizations and identify opportunities to improve their presentation, interpretation, and allocation across the Knowledge4All portal and the Global Knowledge Index (GKI) publication.• Coordinate with the designer working on the GKI 2026 report to ensure consistency between the visualization products and the overall visual identity of the upcoming report.• Develop an enhanced main visualization concept for the GKI, including enhancements to the existing flower chart or an alternative visualization concept that more effectively communicates country, regional, and global performance.2. Updating and Improving the GKI Dashboard and Related Interactive Pages• Develop a new comparative visualization enabling users to analyse changes in country scores, rankings, and indicator–level results between the GKI 2025 and GKI 2026 editions, through appropriate visualization techniques. (Sankey diagrams, line charts, bar charts, or other suitable charts).• Update the dashboard to support multiple GKI editions, allowing users to seamlessly switch between the GKI 2025 and GKI 2026 datasets (and future editions added in subsequent years).Ensure that all existing functionalities, filters, and visual outputs function correctly regardless of the selected edition.• Implement keyword tagging across all GKI pages, including the Landing, About, Methodology, Contributors, Country Profile, Ranking, and Dashboard pages, to improve search engine visibility and indexing.3. Production and Deployment of GKI 2026 Visualization Products• Update all visualization products using the finalized GKI 2026 dataset.• Generate the complete set of Country Profiles (for all 195 countries) through the automated production workflow.• Clearly identify imputed values, where applicable, in visualization products through appropriate visual cues or explanatory notes.• Produce publication–ready and web–ready versions of all Country Profiles.• Produce and validate the English and Arabic versions of all visualization products, ensuring consistency across both language versions.
