CLEANING-14052 - USA (Dayton, Maryland) - Janitorial Maintenance Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance services to the government authority located in Dayton, MD. – Provide janitorial services to the facility that maintains uniformly clean, hygienic, orderly, and attractive, and which will reflect favorably upon the State and the Customers.– All waste; shredders and recycling containers shall be emptied daily. The removal of plastic liners shall be replaced with new.– The door shall be propped open, and a “Closed for Cleaning” sign conspicuously placed at the entrance.– Wipe and polish exposed piping, supports and traps beneath sink.– Refill toilet tissue, soap dispensers and hygiene products.– Clean sinks, countertops, faucets, soap dispensers, mirrors, and heaters.– Sweep floor, clean and then wet mop with appropriate cleaning solution.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
