(1) Vendor needs to provide sustainable aviation fuels benchmarking support and economic analysis services to the government authority located in Everett, WA.– Project is to complete a comprehensive benchmarking trip to Japan.– Benchmarking assessment is to identify gaps in current regional initiatives and highlight successful models for SAF Hubs such as partnerships, policy, funding, incentives, and technology.– Provide an economic analysis report summarizing key findings of the prep, engagement, and follow up to the mission.– Coordinate and communicate mission logistics and agenda to delegation members which includes both county and non–county employees.– Benchmarking assessment is to identify gaps in current regional initiatives and highlight successful models for SAF Hubs such as partnerships, policy, funding, incentives, and technology.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23,2026.
