(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and engineering design services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.• This Phase 2 project will provide a new approximately 36,000 SF building for agency Logistics offices & storage, Business office area, and the Special Services Section in order to provide secure, functional facilities for Logistics, to allow for growth, to centralize operations.• The proposed building will replace the existing logistics space in the basement of the existing gymnasium building and provide new space to replace leased space for Special Services(2) The contract period will be for one year.
