EXTRA-76345 - USA (Charleston, West Virginia) - Veterinary Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide veterinary services to the government authority located in Charleston, WV.• Shall enforce agency as related to the Regulatory Veterinarian.– Shall be responsible for Pre–Race exams, Live Race card duties, agency/state/national reporting requirements, and test–barn oversight.– Shall possess expertise and assess the competitive fitness of racehorses by direct examination for health soundness and injuries.– Shall oversee urine and or blood sampling for chemical analysis.– Shall determine when a horse is fit to be taken off the Vet List.– Shall treat any on track emergencies during live races when necessary.– Shall provide information to and serves as liaison among racing officials, other veterinarians, and state and federal officials.– Shall maintain treatment and performance records; prepare reports upon request(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
